As a consultant, Caren’s passion is assisting hoteliers with their CRM strategies and helping hospitality technology startup companies with their sales and marketing approach. 

Caren has 32 years of Hospitality Experience which started with 6-1/2 years in Hotel Sales, Catering and Marketing positions.  She has 22 years of hospitality technology sales experience, always as a top producer, which includes 9 years of property management system experience (including installation, training and sales) and 8 years of CRM experience.   In her career, Caren has helped hospitality technology startup companies bring their solution to market, create a major account sales structure and expand their sales to Europe.
